As our journey with Shanti Mizu evolved, we felt a natural pull to create something more focused, a space dedicated entirely to learning, practice, and deeper exploration.

Maata Yoga was born from this intention. An extension of Shanti Mizu, it offers a more immersive and structured environment for those who wish to go beyond experience and step into understanding, embodiment and teaching.

Upon completing our Yoga Teacher Training Course, you’ll receive a Yoga Alliance Accredited Certificate, recognizing your commitment to deepening your personal practice and expanding your understanding of yoga.

The Certification marks a beautiful step on your teaching journey with this Training, you’ll gain confidence, clarity, and a deeper connection to the essence of yoga, carrying forward the wisdom and inspiration to guide others on their path.
