Booking, Cancellation & Retreat Policies

Room Availability

Please confirm room availability with us before making any advance payment. Once a quote is shared, we will hold the room for up to 24 hours.

Booking Confirmation & Payments

  • To Confirm Your Booking:
    A 30% advance payment is required. Until the payment is received, your booking will remain tentative.

  • Payment Schedule:

    • Deposit: 30% of total amount – required to secure your booking

    • Final Balance: Payable at check-in

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposit is Non-Refundable.
    However, if you cancel or reschedule your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, your advance can be retained as credit for a future stay at any of our retreats. This credit is valid for 1 year from the original booking date. Terms and conditions apply.

  • Cancellations Within 30 Days:
    Advance will be forfeited and cannot be adjusted against future bookings.

  • Early Check-Out:
    In case of early departure, the remaining balance is non-refundable.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In: 01:00 PM, one day prior to the start of the retreat.

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM, the day after the retreat concludes.

Child Policy

  • All children are welcome.

  • Charges for children are not fixed and will be determined at the time of arrival based on the child’s age, accommodation needs, and meal requirements.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are allowed at the retreat.


Alcohol & Smoking Policy

  • Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited within the retreat premises.

Arrival

  • Please inform Shanti Mizu in advance of your estimated arrival time.

  • A valid photo ID is required at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Important Advisory

  • Loud music or DJs are not permitted in accordance with local environmental guidelines.

  • Guests on retreats packages will receive their prescribed meals in the Shanti MIZU cafe’s dining area.
