Through consistent practice, guided learning, and self-reflection, you will build strength, clarity, and confidence—both on and off the mat—while exploring the deeper dimensions of yoga.
Course Highlights
Wholesome Nutrition
We offer nourishing, pure, and light Vegan and Vegetarian meals, made with love and rich in prana (life energy). These meals cleanse the body, calm the mind, and fuel your yoga and meditation practice, helping you feel balanced and energised throughout your stay.
Yoga Asana
We offer an in-depth journey into the art and science of yoga. Through Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa, trainees develop strength, flexibility, and balance while mastering classical asanas and the connection between breath and movement.
This training places strong emphasis on alignment, sequencing, and teaching methodology, enabling students to guide others with clarity and confidence. By blending traditional yogic wisdom with modern understanding, it prepares practitioners not only to teach yoga, but to embody it with awareness and authenticity.


Meditation
Meditation becomes a central aspect of the training, guiding you beyond technique into direct observation and inner stillness. You will explore breath awareness, body observation, and the nature of thought, learning how to remain present without interference. This deeper practice supports emotional balance, mental clarity, and the ability to hold space, not only for yourself, but also as a teacher guiding others.


Ayurveda
Dive into the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda through this insightful lectures designed to deepen your understanding the foundational principles of Ayurveda, including the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha and how your constitution plays a role in your physical health, emotional patterns, and overall sense of balance.
Following the lecture, each participant will receive a personal Ayurveda consultation with the doctor. This one-on-one session offers a deeper look into your individual constitution (prakriti), current imbalances (vikriti). You will also begin to understand which imbalances or ailments you may be more susceptible to based on your prakriti, along with practical ways to care for and restore balance to aggravated doshas through lifestyle, diet, and daily practices.


Yoga Philosophy
This training integrates the foundations of the 50 and 100-hour courses while expanding into the broader context of yogic wisdom. Along with the four paths of yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, nadis, chakras, kundalini, and the panchakosha, you will be introduced to the Shat Darshana (six schools of Indian philosophy) and an introduction to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, offering insight into the roots and structure of yogic thought.
These teachings support deeper self-inquiry and prepare you to share yoga beyond the physical level with clarity and authenticity.


Pranayama
Pranayama becomes a more structured and essential part of your practice. You will learn classical breathing techniques along with their purpose, benefits, and safe application.
The training also introduces mudras and bandhas as powerful tools to direct and regulate prana (life force), supporting greater stability, focus, and inner balance. You will begin to understand how to practice and guide these techniques with clarity and awareness.


Shat-Kriyas (Cleansing Techniques)
Shat-kriyas refers to six cleansing techniques designed to purify both the body and mind. Deeply rooted in the Hatha Yoga tradition, these practices play a vital role in maintaining harmony between physical and mental health. By removing toxins and clearing blocked energy channels, Shatkarma supports overall balance, vitality, and well-being.


Yoga Anatomy & Physiology
These classes provide a practical understanding of anatomy as it relates to yoga practice and teaching. You will learn how to apply this knowledge to improve alignment, prevent injuries, and guide students with greater awareness and confidence.




Alignment & Adjustment
These classes focus on precise alignment to support a safe and effective practice. You will learn hands-on adjustment techniques and clear verbal cues, allowing you to guide students with confidence, care, and sensitivity.




Excursions & Local Experiences
Alongside the training, we offer simple and mindful excursions that allow you to experience the natural beauty and quiet rhythm of Arambol & Mandrem and its surroundings. These moments provide a gentle break from the schedule, creating space to relax, connect, and integrate your experience beyond the classroom.
