Escape the demands of daily life at shanti MIZU, a peaceful wellness centre located in the coastal village of Arambol, North Goa. This 3-days yoga retreat offers a chance to slow down and reset, with a focus on stillness, simplicity, and self-care. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, the retreat offers daily therapeutic yoga, pranayama, ayurvedic wisdom and nourishing vegan meals to help realign your body, mind, and spirit.

Core Offerings

Ayurveda
Dive into the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda through this insightful lecture designed to deepen your understanding the foundational principles of Ayurveda, including the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha and also Dinacharya (daily routines)/ Ritucharya (seasonal routines) and how your constitution plays a role in your physical health, emotional patterns, and overall sense of balance.

Following the lecture, each participant will have the opportunity to engage in self-assessment through guided questionnaires and reflection exercises. These tools are designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of your individual constitution (prakriti) and current imbalances (vikriti), providing insights into how your unique nature influences your health and well-being.

Wholesome Nutrition
We offer nourishing, pure, and light Sattvic Vegan meals, made with love and rich in prana (life energy). These meals cleanse the body, calm the mind, and fuel your yoga and meditation practice, helping you feel balanced and energised throughout your retreat

Comfortable Stay
Our yoga retreat accommodations are thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. Each room is well-appointed with air conditioning, WiFi, and an en-suite bathroom. Choose between single or double occupancy—perfect for those traveling with a companion.

Yoga
Engage in 1–2 yoga asana sessions daily. Start your day with simple but effective pranayama that nourishes the soul by channeling vital life energy, setting a positive tone for Hatha yoga that follows. Then, as the day winds down, join us for a calming evening practice designed to release any tension and prepare you for a peaceful night of rest.

Meditation
Join us for 1–2 meditation sessions each day. Not only will we connect with our inner selves, but we’ll also immerse in nature’s healing energy. You’ll learn various meditation techniques to quiet the mind and deepen your connection within.

Silence
Each morning, from the moment you wake up until breakfast, we invite you to embrace a few hours of intentional silence. This quiet time is a sacred opportunity to be fully present with yourself—free from conversation, distractions, or external stimulation

Excursions
Our retreat is a journey of both inner and outer exploration. We’ll take you on excursions to visit sacred temples and unwind on peaceful beaches. Adventure awaits with short hikes and nature walks that deepen your connection to the vibrant spirit of India and the tranquil atmosphere.
