Ayurveda
Dive into the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda through this insightful lectures designed to deepen your understanding the foundational principles of Ayurveda, including the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha and also Dinacharya (daily routines)/ Ritucharya (seasonal routines) and how your constitution plays a role in your physical health, emotional patterns, and overall sense of balance.

Following the lecture, each participant will have the opportunity to engage in self-assessment through guided questionnaires and reflection exercises. These tools are designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of your individual constitution (prakriti) and current imbalances (vikriti), providing insights into how your unique nature influences your health and well-being.

Pranayama
Pranayama is taught as a powerful tool to balance energy and deepen self-awareness. Students learn classical breathing techniques that enhance vitality, concentration, and emotional stability. These practices form the bridge between body and mind, preparing future teachers to guide others with clarity and calm.

Wholesome Nutrition
We offer nourishing, pure, and light Sattvic Vegan and Vegetarian meals, made with love and rich in prana (life energy). These meals cleanse the body, calm the mind, and fuel your yoga and meditation practice, helping you feel balanced and energised throughout your retreat

Traditional Yoga
We offer an in-depth journey into the art and science of yoga. Through Hatha Yoga, trainees develop strength, flexibility, and balance while mastering classical asanas and pranayama techniques. The Iyengar Yoga component refines alignment, precision, and the skillful use of props, fostering a deeper understanding of body mechanics and safe adjustments. Meditation
Our Meditation and Mantra lecture invite you to explore stillness and deepen your inner awareness. Through guided meditation and the powerful resonance of mantras, you’ll calm the mind and awaken spiritual harmony. These transformative practices foster peace, focus, and a profound sense of inner connection. You’ll learn various meditation techniques to quiet the mind and deepen your connection within.

Shat-Kriyas(Cleansing Techniques)
Shatkarma refers to six cleansing techniques designed to purify both the body and mind. Deeply rooted in the Hatha Yoga tradition, these practices play a vital role in maintaining harmony between physical and mental health. By removing toxins and clearing blocked energy channels, Shatkarma supports overall balance, vitality, and well-being.

Yoga Philosophy
Our Teacher Training Course offers a profound exploration of yoga philosophy, connecting ancient wisdom with modern understanding. Students study key yogic texts and principles that form the foundation of mindful living and self-realization. This knowledge deepens personal practice and prepares future teachers to share yoga beyond the physical postures.

Yoga Anatomy & Physiology
Anatomy classes provide a comprehensive understanding of the body’s muscles, bones, and joints as they relate to yoga.
